Hunan Yuneng landed on the GEM

On February 9, Hunan Yuneng New Energy Battery Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Hunan Yuneng) landed on the GEM of Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
Hunan Yuneng's main products include lithium iron phosphate and ternary cathode materials. Currently, lithium iron phosphate is the main product. The total amount of funds proposed to be raised by the IPO company is 1.8 billion yuan, and the actual amount of funds raised is 4.5 billion yuan. According to the prospectus, after deducting the issuance expenses, the relevant funds are proposed to be 600 million yuan for "Sichuan Yuneng Phase III Project with an annual output of 60000 tons of lithium iron phosphate", 700 million yuan for "Sichuan Yuneng Phase IV Project with an annual output of 60000 tons of lithium iron phosphate" and supplementary working capital.
As the cathode material supplier of head battery enterprises such as CATL, BYD, Vision Power, Yiwei Lithium Energy, Ruipu Lanjun, Honeycomb Energy, etc., Hunan Yuneng has been operating well in recent years. This IPO, CATL and BYD are among the shareholders of Hunan Yuneng.
